Send an email or letter with the following information

Name of special person

Age if relevant

Special occasion eg 50th Birthday

Any funny stories?

Any important memories? eg how you met

Person's profession, passions and interests 

Names of all the people you want included 

Latest date for completion (allow approx 2 weeks)

Attach a digital photo to your email or include a print in your letter

State which type of frame you would like, silver effect or wood, 8" x 10"

Send first payment of £25. Cheque payable to Julia Pearson

We will draft a poem and a photo layout and email / post it to you for your approval

We can make alterations by email or phone

When you're happy, send the final payment of £30 and we will dispatch the finished gift to the specified address

In the case of weddings, when you might want to include photos of the day itself, we can send a text only version of your exclusive poem / speech for you to use on the day. Then, the final version can be compiled with your favourite photos and sent to you after the big day
